Judged Pleasure Trail Rides
Stonybrook Obstacle Showdown Buckle Series
Judged Pleasure Trail Rides are untimed events that allow horses and riders the opportunity to build trust and hone their skills as they navigate at least ten obstacles throughout the course of a trail ride. Each obstacle is judged based on the abilities of the horse and rider to navigate the task. Our Judged Pleasure Trail Rides are part of a three-ride series toward the Hayward Award.

Our fall ride will be on Sunday, October 15th at Deer Lakes Park. $25 per horse/rider team if registered by October 1st; $30 thereafter.
The Stonybrook Obstacle Showdown is a timed event that challenges horses and riders to navigate obstacles and tasks outside of the realm of those they would normally encounter on the trail or in a show pen. It is desigend to test the rider's skillset and a horse's versatility and willingness to work. Stonybrook Saddle Club is excited to host a series of four showdowns with a high-point buckle at its culmination.

Our showdowns will be held on Sunday, June 4th, Sunday, July 16th, Sunday, August 20th, and Sunday, September 17th.
